Turn the health icon into a finished app icon or favicon: pick a background, a corner radius and a stroke weight, then download SVG, PNG or a full icon package.
Health monitoring or vital signs. The heart plus ECG line is more clinical than a plain heart.
Lucide's HeartPulse at 2px stroke. Drag the icon to reposition it, then download.

Health icons need to be read correctly under stress, which raises the bar on clarity. The class divides into clinical symbols, which signal professional care, and wellness symbols, which signal self-directed activity — and users treat those two groups quite differently. Most of these icons are detail-heavy, combining an outer form with an interior mark, so at small sizes it is usually better to keep the outer shape alone than to preserve a pulse line or a cross inside it.
A pulse line crossing a heart puts a thin zigzag inside a filled shape. Below 24px use a plain heart.
Stroke weight is the control that matters most here. Lucide icons are drawn on a 24 × 24 grid with a 2px stroke, which means that when the icon is scaled down to 16px the stroke is effectively 1.33px — below one device pixel on a standard-density display. Raising the stroke to 2.5 or 3 before exporting keeps the shape solid; lowering it to 1.5 suits large app icons where a heavy stroke looks clumsy. The editor exposes this as a slider, so you can find the value that survives your smallest target size rather than guessing.
If you want the icon in a Vue project rather than as a downloaded asset, it is a named export of the lucide package:
import { HeartPulse } from 'lucide-vue-next'
<HeartPulse :size="24" :stroke-width="2" /> The download button above gives you something different: the icon composed onto a background with a corner radius, exported as a flat SVG path set. The exporter converts the icon out of its <foreignObject> wrapper first, because a foreign object taints an HTML canvas and would otherwise break PNG and ICO rasterisation.
Open the free editor to change the background, gradient, corner radius, icon size, rotation and stroke weight — then export SVG, PNG, ICO or a complete favicon package with manifest and HTML.
